Shawn C. O'Neil is a founder, operator, author, and builder of the Fortitude Ecosystem. He maintains a multi-year consecutive training streak and builds doctrine, operating systems, and durable brands.

Shawn C. O'Neil is a founder and operator who previously served in the United States Marine Corps (MOS 0311 — Infantry) and the Army National Guard as a Tactical Explosive Detector Dog (TEDD) Handler, trained at Vohne Liche Kennels — the facility featured on National Geographic's Alpha Dogs. He deployed to Afghanistan as a K-9 handler.

After military service, O'Neil became a turnaround specialist at ISI (International Services Inc), rebuilding broken operations across multiple states. Today, he leads the Fortitude Ecosystem — a network spanning leadership doctrine, strategic relationships, publishing, motorsports, philanthropy, and AI-supported operating systems.
